    The SPRI group is the business development agency of the Basque Government and exists to fulfil its vocation to provide service to the business fabric in the Basque Country.

    Our goal is to support and promote Basque companies, whatever their size, sector or situation.

    The SPRI group manages 75% of the budget of the Basque Government Department of Economic Development and Competitiveness and ensures that it is distributed through services, programmes, investments and subsidies.

    The IK4 Alliance was formed in 2005 in line with a federal model, whereby its members share strategies and combine capacities without giving up their sovereignty.

    Through a shared strategy, the sum of the capacities of the nine centres provides the alliance with the flexibility it needs to adapt to the characteristics of any company. In other words, this strategy qualifies it technologically to provide a global response to the needs of large companies, while simultaneously fostering its capacity to maintain a close and committed relationship with SMEs.

    Tecnalia Research & Innovation has been born out of the merger between Cidemco, ESI, Euve, Fatronik, Inasmet, Labein, Leia and Robotiker, thus creating the largest private Research, Development and Innovation (R+D+i) group in Spain and one of the leading ones in Europe, with a staff of over 1,400 people and a turnover of 125 million Euros.

    Beaz is a public company of the Provincial Council of Bizkaia which aims to support enterprises and entrepreneurs in their efforts to create new projects, innovate and internationalise.

    A goal that lines up with the Provincial Department of Economic and Territorial Development, on which we directly depend: to contribute to the growth of economic activity and the creation of qualified jobs.

    To that end, we participate in the definition and management of aid programmes granted by the Department to support an entrepreneurial path whose starting point is the creation of new companies, and its consolidation the final objective.
