• Bizkaia Aretoa, the headquarters for Visio 2018

Bizkaia Aretoa, Bilbao, will host the celebration of Visio 2018 this year, in a building located in the heart of the City of Bilbao, near the old port area of the river.

Designed by 1992 Pritzker award winning Portuguese architect Álvaro Siza, this building is a true architectural icon in Bilbao, in the centre of Abandoibarra avenue, between the Padre Arrupe pass and the Deusto Bridge and is surrounded by landmarks such as Frank Gehry's Guggenheim Museum, Rafael Moneo’s Deusto library or César Pelli's Iberdrola Tower.

Its location has been one of the reasons that has led us to pick this location for Visio, since it is in a strategic location and one of the best communicated areas of Bilbao making the city centre and the shopping area easily accessible.

  • Updated dates in the VISIO 2018 calendar

Due to the large number of proposals received, we have not yet been able to complete the revision, so we have postponed the date of acceptance until 4 May.

On the other hand, we also postponed the deadline for submitting full papers to July 6, giving more time to prepare them.

    Sorry for the inconvenience.

  • THE OPTION OF SPONSORING VISIO 2018 IS OPEN

We are moving forward with the organization of VISIO2018 and, as in previous editions, we are giving the option to interested organizations to help and participate in this international meeting on Technology Watch and Competitive Intelligence by sponsoring the event.

There are 2 options for sponsorship and you can see the details in the SPONSORS section of the website.

Be encouraged to support the leading event in Technology Watch and Intelligence!!
